Got some new ewes last Sunday. Jan 9th.
I got offered more and more grassland to graze so I figured I could get some more sheep. I was looking for 3-5 sheep already because the ones I already have keep limping due to hoof rot which I am treating. But I can’t train with them now. So I wanted a few training sheep, but I got more than a few.
These are zwart bles. Which is a Dutch milking sheep breed.
I the future I will cross them with the Border Leicester ram, but for now they can grow up, graze and be worked.
